Threat to 25,000 jobs in councils

At least 25,000 jobs in the Council in England is at risk over the next
three to five years, suggests a BBC poll.
The forecast is based on responses from 49 municipalities with a total
of 256,000, equivalent to showing a decline of 10%, is based.
